Your current tier depends on your points for transports and real time visibility from the previous quarter. We recalculate the score at the beginning of each new quarter. For example, the tier information you have in November depends on your activity from July, August and September.

How do I join the Carrier Loyalty Program?

Accept and execute transports and allocate GPS tracked vehicles to start earning points and enter the program automatically.

Am I a Starter, Advanced, Expert or Pro? What are my rewards?

We will send you a quarterly update on your position in the Program and your current rewards and benefits. Look for it in your inbox and collect your rewards. On your Transporeon account homepage you will also find a widget with your score and a link to collect your rewards.

Can Transporeon help me progress in the Program?

Yes. We are here to help you increase your activity on our platform and achieve high performance levels. We can provide tips and suggestions on how to improve your score and progress to the next tier, as well as become a trusted partner for your customers.
